Single-legged deadlift 5-5-5-5-5, then:

10/20-8/16-6/12-4/8-2/4 reps of:
Dumbell push-jerk (45/30)
Medicine ball throws

    Robbed! I got at least 58:27 because I finished just in front of Anna.

    Well, it’ll be easier to beat that time next time and I’ll be sure to hit the right button on my watch then. ;)
