During my second set of cleans, I looked down and saw a couple hairs on the bar and thought, What the … and then I looked at my leg and saw a big scrape. Ouch!

Happy with pullups
Still can’t get the hang of sticking with a clean (rather than a power clean followed bya squat. I waste so much energy!)
Rx but it took me forever. About 18 min.
275 on the Deadlifts… Don’t act like you’re not impressed.
