Friday 071610 – Snatch

Saturdays focus session at 10am will be on the kettlebell snatch and clean, come learn how to swing those bells!

Hang power snatch 2-2-2-2-2, then:

2 Rounds for time of:
10 CTB Pullups
10 Squat clean thrusters (135/95)

    HP Snatch: 53 / 58 / 63 / 63 / 68(F) / 63

    WOD was 6:43 with 73#. Felt great, would have felt better if not for “Eva” on Wednesday!
