		<description>Deadlift - 365-375-375, metcon 10:52 rx&#039;d, first class I&#039;ve been able to do in a while, very painful but good to be back.  I&#039;ve done on average 1 metcon a week for the past 10 weeks during a pretty focused strength cycle, and on my own the intensity was probably 75% of what today was.</description>

Got just 1 hang clean at 175 but it felt good. I was forced to &quot;get underneath&quot; it
I really need to work on my overhead squats. Definitely a limiting factor.</description>
