		<description>Introduction to the rope went ok.  I&#039;ll be quite some time before I&#039;m successful, but should be fun trying!

WOD:  8:18 with 15# - probably could try 20# next time...

**My storage unit search expedition did not turn up a coffee maker...it&#039;s possibly I gave it away.  All I could find was an espresso machine - but I&#039;m definitely not giving that up! ;o)  I&#039;ll keep checking though...</description>
