21-15-9 Reps of:
Sumo deadlift high-pull (135/95)
Burpees

    In 3M gym today with my lifting crew – Back squat 5×3 – 305-315-325(1)-320(1)-315(2)
    Followed by 4 rounds of 4 135lb hang power cleans, 6 pullups, 8 pushups, 4:something.

    Ian what is that 135 doing on your squats? That’s a warm-up set, which means you only did 4 sets…

    I did have a bunch of energy yesterday. 135# SDHP were heavy but made it through the workout in 6:31 RX.
