800 M Run
30 KBell Swings (72#/53#)
30 Pull-ups

Post rounds completed & times to comments. There will be a 45 minute time limit for this WOD, so scale # of rounds, then weight on the KB Swings & pullups.

    Great job 6am class! This is an extremely tough workout, especially due to the grip issues caused by doing pullups followed by heavy KB swings.

    3 rounds with 40# KB, RX pull-ups (except for last round, which was blue band strict pull-ups) –> 34:46

    Should have gone for the 4th round, but the rips on my hand thought otherwise…

    3 rounds 45# KB, Rx pull-ups except on the last round in which I tore my first callous (dime size!), so BB. Stephanie and I had bad hand luck today, but we rocked it!

    Hi Kathy! We missed you this morning at bootcamp. We did a benchmark WOD from Week 3:

    21-15-9
    DB Thrusters
    Renegade Rows (row R arm, row L arm, then a push-up)
    *use the same DB weight for both the thrusters and the rows
    *In between each round, run 200m

    If you are going to be around on Saturday, I’d be more than happy to work with you and time you during open gym! Just let me know. Hope to see you for our final day on Friday!

    3 2/3 rounds with 40# KB and Rx pull-ups in 93 degree weather. This one was tough, especially with the heat and humidity!

    Kathy – the boot camp workout was 21-15-9 DB thrusters and renegade rows with 200m run in between each round. Hope to see you Friday!

    4.5 Rounds. 53# KB, Rx Pull-ups. This was miserable. Soooo hot.
