Argh. What a frustrating workout. I much prefer a number of rounds for time than this format.

Just wanted to say thanks for the hospitality while i was there. You guys really pushed me and I learned a good bit especially techniques. Well ya keep up the hard work and I will see ya either in December or January. Again thanks for the workouts! God bless! Oh congrats to the paleo winners and everyone that participated!
