All together our winners will receive $1,240 in prizes! Great job to all – 28 of our 38 challengers completed the challenge, saw great results, and supported eachother to make healthy choices!

Just wanted to say thanks for the hospitality while i was there. You guys really pushed me and I learned a good bit especially techniques. Well ya keep up the hard work and I will see ya either in December or January. Again thanks for the workouts! God bless! Oh congrats to the paleo winners and everyone that participated!
