Monday 081610 – Power Snatch

Snatch skill work – perform power snatches from the high-hang, mid-thigh, and then ground with a light weight, approximately 20 reps; then:

8 Rounds for time of:
5 Power snatch (95/65)
200m Row

    For me this was the hardest workout since mid-day sun 80 degree Nancy. Nice one.
