7 Back squats (65% of 1rm)
8 Standing broad jumps (6′/5′ minimum)

    HB Back Squats: 133 / 143 / 143 / 148 / 153…my PR for LB back squats is 163#

    WOD: 9:31 with 83# (scaled down from 103# on the first 2 rounds…)
