Press 3×5, then:

21-15-9 Reps of:

SDHP (95/65)
Box-jumps (36″/24″)

Just like yesterday, 3×5 on the press implies “sets across”, where you lift the same weight for all 15 work sets. Because weight can become to heavy quickly with the press, this should be a weight you know you can lift.

    Had to get a feel for the press, went 135, 145, 155

    8:22 on the wod, 95#, 24″.
    Yup, its confirmed, I still hate box jumps.

    6:38 rx…rx’d on the board was 30” for women…the 24” on here would’ve been a lot easier

    6:08 with 27″ box and 63# SDLHP – I liked pushing myself on the box jumps, 30″ was just a bit too high for me. Next time!
