Friday 100110 – Front Squat

Perform 5 Front squats and immediately do a max set of pullups

Rest as needed between rounds and do 5 rounds

There is no time component for this workout, score is weight lifted & number of pullups each round.

    I’m sad to admit that we already have balls, I just never think to play, consider it done for next week though.
