Wednesday 092910 – Row/Jerk

Row 2k for time, immediately followed by:

Push jerk 10×1

All ten jerks must be completed within 10 minutes, with the clock starting immediately after the row.  Add up total weight lifted, divide by 100, and subtract that number in seconds from your row time to find your score.

Mobility WOD – 2 minutes each calf (straight leg), 2 minutes each hip

    I was thinking to myself when I saw this photo, it’s weird that even in an action shot during FGB, Jess still looks annoyed.

    I am not sure whether Jess is annoyed that she has to count for me or if she is just completely unimpressed with my push presses … in either case is NOT HAVING IT!
