“Pick up”
For time:
10 M sprint (and back)
2 Pull-ups
3 Burpees
4 Medball cleans (20/14)
5 Sit-ups
6 KB swings (53/35)
7 Push-ups
8 Squats
9 Wallballs (20/14)
10 Box jumps (24/20)
*Start with first movement, then add second movement, then third and so on i.e round one: 10 M Sprint, round two: 10 M Sprint and 2 Pull-ups, round three: 10 M Sprint, 2 Pull-ups and 3 Burpees.
