165 is better than the 185 you threatened the ladies with earlier this eve…but no doubt will still qualify as the hardest workout ever.

I’m scared to ask.. We use the rack right?

I believe rob Orlando, who made up this wod?, also did 102 225# back squats in a row, so this is a great example of designating the rx’d weights according to the fitness levels of the most elite athletes.

I participated in my first 6am wod today, 26:11 @ 185, had significant difficulty walking from my car to the office this morning. 6am is the jam.

The first three rounds don’t look that bad ;-)

Looking forward to trying this one…

This is a killer. You can rack the weight and break up the 8,9 and 10′s, right? We did at 9 a.m. but were not sure….anyways, 98# and barely walking.

Tyler would probably tell the guy in the photo that he didn’t go low enough, so it doesn’t count.

(PS- Tyler- I am obviously kidding so don’t get mad)

Hope I can make the 5pm

Mary K killed it this mornIng!

    7 rounds at 93# and 8, 9, 10 at 88# 16:50-something?

    33:50 at 155#

I started to understand the “hip drive” concept. Front squats were a big limiter–four in a row was the most I could do unbroken. Three at a time by the end.

That was really tough, but I thought that horrible one with body weight bench press, clean and dead lift was worse.

Matty N was a great partner

Liked this one, though stairs are now a challenge. A lot of great WODs lately with mixing it up — Tyler must be inspired :)
