5:30 & 6:30 were the jam this morning.
New schedule for CrossFit Minneapolis is up. Classes start Monday, April 4, first Fundamentals class will start Monday, April 11 (posted shortly). If you’re a member here you’re a member there so go wherever and whenever you want. We will also post a link under the schedule on each website soon that goes to a google calendar that shows who is the lead coach for each class at each location, which we will change regularly but will be correct most of the time.

Comfortable with the 73# snatch. I need to increase next time.
I feel the need to echo Stephanie’s T’Shirt comment from yesterday- Comfy and stylish. I also like that I can say, “Charge it to my account, Mike.”
I should ditch work and come to 11 AM more often.
