8 rounds & about 300m on the 9th round, 11am jam running outside was the embodiment of what CrossFit is all about, very motivational.
Mike, Tyler, and Chris: I know I promised I’d be in this week after Ye Olde Back had recovered. But I’m a walking Nyquil commercial today, after not having a sniffle all winter. This is not acceptable. I believe my warranty has expired. I’ll be in soon. I miss the pain.
Cool WOD, but I think I’ll save it until Saturday to avoid getting sick.

biked and did the WOD yesterday. Knees are calling, taking a break today. Can you work in some pull-ups tomorrow? I doubt you take requests but if you do, don’t blame the pull-ups on me.

I thought I was going to hate this but I didn’t! 10 rounds, 2 squats, 16 box jumps Rx. I wore this exact outfit to class tonight so we could relive the magic. I don’t think I made that face tonight though. That shirt gives me power! Thanks to Busola for passing it along to me.
