Ripped up my back ten days ago. Tried to come back on Sunday and re-injured it (maybe power cleans weren’t the best idea.) Tried again today (at home, and heavily modified to be weightless).. and so far feeling pretty good. Felt good just to do something again.
Mike, let me know if you want some help on the new blog. The WordPress default theme makes me sad.

Good workout: 145# OHS (I think that is a PR); 5 rounds + 5 OHS. I popped several stitches in my shorts with the MetConn OHS. Yes, I was willing to show I was giving it my all for the workout.
