    165lb on the Thruster. 25:39 on the WOD. The heat got to me.

    29:04 Fantastic WOD but I definitively took on more weight than I can handle but the 5:30 group had some awesome times. Great job!

    205 for the thruster should of done more but short on time.
    26:04 RX one day burpees will be easy, but not today :(

    113# Thruster. Rx the first round and 1/2 then had to go to 83# :( I’m really trying to go heavier and be ok with slower but I couldn’t move the bar. 23:24

    190 thruster – metcon scaled so much it might as well be listed as dnf, very hard workout.

    Scaled to 115# and 53# for 27something. Tough, but nice that the gym was cool (76 degrees.

    130 thruster / 30:30 on WOD. I wasn’t running for time, just trying to stay out of the sun (keeping my pasty-white complextion is also ‘real work’)

    32:somthing or other on the WOD at 73#…I was angry by the end.

    Ugh totally tossed on the last 400- walked in to finish the last three and walked right back out. Was able to finish though! 88# thruster and 28 something on the WOD…rough.

    143 on the thruster.. Just about made 153.. But I didn’t.. 19:15 Rx on the workout.. Liked this one, I would be interested to do it again and see how much faster I’d go.

    After witnessing Jennae toss @ 5:30pm I went 1/2 RX with weight @ 6:30p. 25:06 1/2 RX. Yes, I’m the CF lightweight but finished standing, in my socks.

    BTW, Rowing on the river was canceled this evening due to the high water and heat index. I’m just saying…

    205 Thruster…25:18 Rx on the wod. This one was a big mental task for me. Thrusters = swearing…Sorry for dropping a big F bomb in the Pit.
