Warm-up:

Dynamic Running Drills

For time:

100 KB Swings
- each time you set the bell down, do:
20 Pull-ups
- each time you come off the pull up bar, do:
400 M Run

When you finish with each penalty movement (pull-ups or 400 M run), return to your swings.
