Clean – 225 (relatively easy PR for a real clean – i.e. not power clean + front squat) Totally lost my mojo on my 235 attempt. Ridiculous.

Back squat (235#x3) and press (95#x5), then did the WOD with the legendary Mike Jones. 7:35 at 155#. Glad it was only 3 rounds and not 5 like the main site.

93# clean but the squat and clean turned into separate movements.
