14:10 on the WOD and I have quite the raspberry on my tailbone area. The slight pain everytime I move a little in my seat reminds me that I DID wake up this morning to work out!

There were many times in the past when I despaired of ever being able to do any double unders. I have never been more frustrated with CF than during double under workouts. No longer!!!
Now I realize I am still doing double-single combos but they are getting faster and faster and I swear one of these days I will accidentally do double-double!

65-85-105-115 on the presses. Mad myself commit to double unders for the first time, got 14 in a row at one point, a PR! First Rx’d WOD, 11:38. I felt like if I tried to do sit-ups faster that it would just pull my feet off the ground, guess I need a lighter head or heavier feet.
68# on the shoulder complex. I wonder if I had 4 more sets of failing and attempting again might have i done more weight? Thanks Anna and Lisa for the inspiration and encouragement.

5:30am was especially awesome this morning. When Andrea says there were sparks from Kim’s rope, she’s not talking figuratively. It was pretty amazing, and Erin’s doubles were inspirational. Great morning!
I couldn’t seem to get 93 on the strict press but got it on the push and jerks. Those little dips are magic!

After completing my first DU in class this morning, my new goal is to actually string some together in a work out.
