Felt great all the way up to HSPU, which is consistently a sticking point for me – gotta work hard on those. Great job 5:30 A.M.!
10:57 RX HSPU killed my time, was around 6 minutes before I started these. Otherwise great metcon burn. 630 AM class, way to put up solid times today as a group.

Good work this morning at 630! This was an interesting workout. I liked the high box jumps and heavy KB swings. I still get nervous about heavier weight when I am doing repeats of cleans or snatches when I am tired.

Not sure how long about the roadwork, but if it really get’s bad and happens to be on your way, Pierce Butler is the way to go. Exit Dale, left on Minnehaha, quick right to Pierce Butler. 40 mph with no signs until you get to University and Cleveland (although that can be a 4 minute intersection at times, but fairview can be a good alternate turn to take until St Anthony, then Gilbert)
Probably way too much info that you can’t use, but good luck regardless.

Hey, just a little over a month at CrossFIT and I’ve moved up to a taller box for box jumps! It helps to not think too much and just JUMP!
