WOD 11:39 115# DU Rx – Very frustrating not having my old rope and only being able to get 2-12 DUs at a time. Eventually switched to the heavier black ones that don’t tangle. Weight was about right, maybe try 125 next time if I’m confident in my rope.
So proud of Margaret Kosir for working out with the 20+ class size this morning!! Great work Tyler navigating the class.

103# on OHS, 12:30 for the metcon. I pulled off some double unders, a good reminder to myself that practice makes progress. Tweaked my knee during OHS in the metcon as a result of sloppy lifting off my toes and not using my hips and backside. Thanks to TQ for the continual help on this. Practice!
Ran the monster dash half marathon today in 1:55:46. not a pr but only :40 off of one. Now that my distance running its done until spring I am focusing on leg strength, so everybody just better watch out!
