24:10 with 3x singles for double unders (although I did finally work up the courage to sprinkle in a few DUs during the workout) and blue band on the pullups. Fun workout, and thanks for limiting the leg involvement after yesterday’s leg punishment.

The double-unders really slowed me down, but I was able to string together 30+ a couple of times. I need to work on the DU efficiency, too much shoulders not enough wrist, my shoulders were fried. Nice working with 6:30 again!

Push ups slowed me down big time. Was able to get through the other movements much faster and less broken, but all in all a good morning burn on the upper body and core. Great showing and performance by 630!
