Great S and C crew today for xmas eve: 83# snatch, 3×5 hand snatch at 63, 68, 73, front squat pr at 158#, then 3×5 back squats @ 143. All felt good and solid today.
S&C: snatch to 153#, PR, hooray, I’d been stuck at 133# for a while until today, when I wasn’t; 3×5 snatch from hip 123# (these have definitely helped me get comfortable with getting more weight overhead with a wide grip); front squat to 233#, failed at 243# (my first dizziness-inducing fail); 3×5 back squat at 263# (my previous 1RM).
The S&C family was fabulous today!
