    WOD in 11:something, with an 80# (or so) sandbag because I was foolish enough to accept TQ’s challenge. It was quite challenging.

    S&C: snatch to 160 (PR), definitely would have tried more if we had time. Clean to 225. Didn’t try any higher. Squat 3 x 5 @ 275
