4 Rounds, each for time:
400 M Farmer Carry (53/35 in each hand)
Use dumbbells, kettlebells, bumper plates, iron plates, or barbells. Just grab something heavy and take a walk.
Post thoughts and times to “comments”.

4:45, 4:35, 4:15, 3:50 Rx.
There is obviously a strategy here but I don’t want to spoil the fun for everyone else.
This is the best description ever – “Just grab something heavy and take a walk.”
Love it
5:05, somethinginbetween,somethinginbetween, 4:09Rx
took me a bit to figure it out. now I’m off to get an anchor tattoo for my huge popeye forearms.
Wow!! Had a great morning with Heather, Mike, Mike and Mike!!! 4:51, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00Rx. This was tough, but fun
Thanks for everything today! Enjoy the sunshine
My arms are still hurting! It was a great workout. Especially with Mike Jones’ encouragement!!!
4:53, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30. First round 26 lb, last three 30 lbs.
4:21, 4:59, 4:59, 4:45 Rx
Changed my strategy on every round. Have some fun with this one. Good discussion during 630am class regarding the minimal (if any at all) amount of coaching required for this WoD?
4:32, 5:17, 4:47, 4:44
Then…up to 135 ohs, pr# 5 of this year
I have decided that my sudden flush of prs can, more than likely, be attributed to upping my sleep from<5 hours a night to 6.5 hours. Yeah sleep!
4:35, 5:50, 5:45, 5:35, or something like that with a 50# KB with a fat, smooth grip. I finally got a good strategy on my last round, but just pushed through until then.
I thought a lot about my grandpa on this one, a retired dairy farmer that had to do this twice a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I gave him a call afterwards and he figured 50 lbs was about right.
The 630pm farmer carry crew was awesome!
3:09, 3:33, 4:03, 4:14
Definitely slowed on the sprints after a while!
