    1×5 @ 275, 6 rounds not RX.
    Excellent pre-deadlift instruction by Andrea. Weight in the heels and activate the hamstrings. Easy to remember on the first one, and then slowly lose form over the next 4.
    Mike H’s deadlifts were inspiring. Might have gotten more than 455#, but ran out of room on the bar. Nice work 5:30.

    WoD: 12 + 2 DL Rx
    630am was a solid 3 dude class today. Felt really good through the first ten minutes of the WoD, after that my posture really started to go on the DL’s. It was amazing how fast the grip went on the pull ups at the end of the WoD. Some solid totals so far today.

    630 was a good change of pace. Good working out with Nick and David. Thanks for keeping us honest and always looking out for our spinal health, Andrea.

    11 rounds Rx air squats slowed me down, but I did 9 rds (air squats)unbroken so that’s better then I thought ….

    S&C: snatch to 165 (PR for doing it correctly), failed miserably at 175; power clean, front squat, jerk to 230 then power clean at 255 but screwed up the front squat; squat to 325, fail at 335 (not even close)

    S&C: snatch to 153, felt easy but failed at 163; clean & jerk to 188 PR, still have to work on releasing my barbell death grip on the clean; snatch again to 143; back squat to 303, failed at 313–just didn’t have the pepper to get that going.
