    Push Press was 88lbs. Not sure why I couldn’t do that for the CF Total? 10:46 on the workout.

    Emily, the Total exercise is a strict press, not a push-press, which is easier than the strict press. That’s why you did more weight today.

    I just finished yesterday’s workout. I LOVE heavy metcons. Got 17 rounds +2 squats at the end, Rx, FS taken from the ground. I wasn’t sure if ya’ll did it that way or not, but we had to due to equipment shortages. Awesome workout.

    Up to 103lb on the push press (thanks for the extra push Quinn and Anna).

    83 lb push press and single skips for the WOD in 13:0x. Nice work at 5:30 pm.

    It took til the second round of 40 til I started getting more than 2 in a row.
    I think I need a longer rope. ;)

    Up to 165# on the PP triple.
    13:xx Rx. Probably should have used a lighter weight. My rope breaking mid WOD didn’t help either, but so it goes. Nice work 630.

    I had the pleasure of seeing this photo’s captured moment in real life and it was every bit as special as it looks. Love the 11am classes with Henry + the gang.

    113# successfully on the push press, 123# for 2 reps.
    Awesome work to Jill + Anna- way to push it, ladies! Literally.

    14:xx on the WOD with 93# and du’s. Not pretty.
