Wednesday – 020112 – Desforges

U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant Joshua Desforges, 23, of Ludlow, Massachusetts, assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was killed on May 12, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents David and Arlene, and his loving sister Janelle.

    Mike H is correct. I put forth a pretty un-heroic effort at 4 rounds to get to a non-existant meeting and I still ripped my hands. 31:57 (4 rds) 185 and 115.

    Great bunch at 4:30 to suffer through together.
    Thanks for the encouragement and push when I tried to give up (after only 4 rounds- mind you). Awesome job guys!
    And I know I’m not supposed to say it but- OUCH my hands are killing me.

    37:08 with much scaling. that one hurt. learned that i have a ton of work to do on my pull-up and jerk form! Thats always nice. Ty pointed me to a great video on the facebook page with the mobility wod dude. Awesome workout.
