145# on the Cleans, failed at 155#.
Went with 95# for the workout and finished at 15 something. Great 5:30 crew. The laps at the beginning were a little boring. Looking forward to expanding the workouts outside of the box.
I liked the bumper plate pinch holds (RE: picture). I remember my first hold being the longest, then the next 4 I just tried to get to 1 minute.
Bumper plate holds are probably the most functional thing we’ve ever done. It directly correlates to carrying mattresses.
Loved the bumper plate holds.
liked today’s workout. 7:38 … I went a little light.
the twisted part of me wants to do the burpee bonanza workout, even though I’m not doing the open. but I’m out of town this weekend, and I’m not someone who can motivate myself to do that on my own. maybe i can convince my cousin to do it with me.
Alyssa, depending on how the open goes, I’d do it again sometime with you!!!
Squeezed in the metcon between jobs in my basement…10:37 rx. Yes,i have rings in my basement
but I think they are too far apart, will have to adjust them one of these days.

145# on the cleans. A PR for me on both. Just felt good today.
95# on the WOD w/ blue band on rings- 12:00. I needed a good day after a few rough workouts.
275
Got 285 but fell into the squat, no attempt for the second clean.
9:50 with parallel bars
Clean PR 200# – hat tip to Greg and all in 430 who encouraged me to do it
Getting under a heavy bar is sometimes very intimidating without moral support.
@mpls with the 530pm crew-
163 on the cleans
8:38 (i think?) on the wod with 93# and a box for ring dips.
Up to 275# on the cleans, got the power clean half of the pair at 300, which is a 15 pound PR.
6:28 Rx on the WoD. Thanks to Nick / Tyler for giving me “verbal encouragement” during the workout to get me through quickly.
Oh and just to clarify – since my Facebook comments always seem to be taken out of context – saying the shirts had Helvetica is actually a compliment. Name any other font that has an entire movie dedicated to how sweet it is. Although Comic Sans would have been a pretty righteous alternate choice…

Up to 205 on the cleans.
WOD 12:03, 135# for the cleans, red band dips. I prefer power Elizabeth over regular Elizabeth.
205 on the cleans. 11:06 with 115# and bar dips.
I think we should all start taking your comments on this website out of context as well Mike…Oh, and how much do I owe Tyler for that shirt I took?
225 on cleans
13:18 on WOD Rx. Ring dips were very slow.
Static holds are kinda funny.
