		<description><![CDATA[I definitely agree that the push-up is the most bastardized movement in Crossfit, then again have you seen the &lt;b&gt;bench press technique&lt;/b&gt; in powerlifting.  I wonder what it is about pushing heavy things with your hands that leads to cheating...haha.]]></description>

WOD 15:24 Rx

Benching before 120 pushups?  Priceless

For not having done bench or pushups in ages, I was quite pleased. I guess CrossFit really does prepare you for all situations.

I was really feeling the pushups in my legs towards the end. Fighting the urge to worm up.

PS. Is that an upside down bed of nails that the bencher is laying on?  Cause if that&#039;s the future of S&amp;C, I&#039;m out!]]></description>
