		<description><![CDATA[Note to self - never squat before filthy fifty. It makes wallballs and burpees that much more fun. Also, double unders are exponentially harder when both calves cramp up severely after each rep. 
25 something or 26 something Rx, not sure. 50 double unders, which would normally take me about a minute, took almost 5, as I literally was doing 2 or 3 at a time jumping from my heels to try to avoid cramping up.]]></description>
