13:57 rx, I felt really frustrated by this wod until I looked at my time from november…26:04! Obviously my shoulder is on the mend since then. All deadlifts unbroken.
8:37rx such a frustrating WOD. Swearing up a storm because those dayum HSPU had me down to singles by the end….. I have work to do.
