		<description><![CDATA[In an effort to try to maintain my womanly figure I started tracking my calories online again today ala the Paleo challenge. After logging dinner/post workout stuff I found that I ate 1800 calories in the last hour. Whoops!

Anyway, as for today:

Front squat to 315x3 

Half-finished a long workout afterwards. Tired.]]></description>
