things I was ruminating about during Eva...54.45

1. Is there a picture of Eva somewhere. I am a visual person and as the WOD got harder and harder the image i had of her got to be more and more uglier.... I may have been unfair to her. any suggestions?

2. Is there an etiquette on the 800m run that suggests that the person going to do the first leg or the first 400m should be on the outside "lane" since he/she can see oncoming traffic and the person returning is tired and has their back to traffic.

3.Who is my favorite coach at CFSP? I couldn't decided before time run out. But the coaching is outstanding as CFSP. I am always surprised that I learn something new every time I am there. Perhaps it because I am operating with a vast deficit of knowledge. More likely it because its because it is constantly varied. . .with people from diffrent walks of life but it is great. And i am not talking about the big things but the constant tweaks and adjustments that make such a a difference. Thank you and i wish you 300 more.

4. the excuses for why i was slow and weak ....i am too old....I wish i had discovered crossfit earlier like in my 20 or 30 i would have been better, faster.

5. I should stop using beer as a supplement. at the very least i should add protein powder to it. . .how would that taste. anybody into microbrew. I will gladly be a lab rat for that experiment,
6. all the math....the ever changing math..if i do the first round in 7.30 i should be done in under 40. i am sure someone has a better formula than the multiplication table some where which accounts for the the increasing difficulty a WOD. Please share.
7. Where else in my life do i regularly meet such variety of people every day. I am floored by their physical strength generosity of spirit. Thank you,
