My elbows do NOT like rope climbs. Ouch. So much post workout pain.
I would much rather have repeated the push press/back squat workout.
Oooo, take it back, Ian! I never want to see that push press/back squat/burpee workout again. Rope climbs are hard, but they feel badass.
I just did Annie in a hotel gym. I was going way faster than when I did it in October and when I checked my stopwatch at the end…it had stopped after 1minute because someone called me. I was so frustrated I did it again 5 minutes later in 11:50.

Ropeclimb workout: 15:xx Rx. Rope climbs still intimidate me a bit.
Did a little back yard CF workout with my husband-20 minute AMRAP of 5 burpees, 10 pull ups, 15 KB swings….got 12 rounds.
