    I love it when 530am is full of spice and vinegar!

    This morning was a good lesson that they can’t all be winners but it’s always worth showing up.

    Whether it was the early hour or 4th day in a row or whatever … I was definitely underpowered this morning.

    That’s hilarious, Ellen! Thank you for that video. I found out that the fat jump ropes (not speed ropes) work way better for me. 399 total reps NOT rx on anything. Looking forward to yoga tonight!

    All rx, the pullup bar I was painted and therefore, very slippery. If I hadn’t had to keep regripping I could have done more on every set. Seriously, who paints a pullup bar?
