WoD: 8:58 Rx
Tough to keep up with Deb on this one, she moved through the thrusters at a good pace and is a great runner.  The two toughest elements of this workout is the transition from pull-ups to running, as well as after the run when you have to get on the bar.  Fran + 400m sprints = some serious track yack.  Great job this morning 630am class!]]></description>
