		<description><![CDATA[Fun 530pm with Jake, Fran, and Nic

P.Clean - 225 - Could have gone higher I think
Squat - 285 - Closer to the end but still feeling strong
Jerk - 195 - Trying a new &quot;near full grip&quot; but high elbow stance. This ended up being nearly a push press. Lots of work to do here.

275 Power Clean x 3 - needs lots of work
Skipped back squat due to squatting cycle
315 Rack Jerk x 2, got underneath and locked out at 350 just wasn&#039;t quite manly enough to stand up with it! Next time...

Did a metcon at open gym with Deb - 5 rnds of 250m row, 10 clusters @95# and 15 burpees with a weighted vest and 3 min between rounds. Great workout.]]></description>
