  1. NICK S Apr 18, 2012 / 8am

DL: 225-275-315-365 (ran out of time)
    WoD: 4:57-5:20-5:07 Rx
Started each respective round at 0:00, 10:00 and 20:00, so the rest period fairly consistent with not too much variance. I honestly think the slightly heavier period of rain during the 2nd run may have affected my time slightly, but all three rounds felt good, even though DL’s are the death of me. 630am group had some great times this morning.

  2. Ian S Apr 18, 2012 / 9am

Gravity is more powerful at 530am. I swear it.
DL: Got up to 315. I wasn’t being speedy
WOD: 4:49 5:13 5:21 Rx [Took approx. 3 min rests]
I am pretty sure the deadlifts were the whole time difference. My runs felt pretty consistent.

I’m really glad there is nothing overhead today. After Monday & Tuesday’s WOD, I can’t lift my arms over my head. There is no room for crying or ladylike squats in CF…so I am told.

Go Twins. Please. I can make your banners look good, you need to do the rest.

  4. Brigid Apr 18, 2012 / 11am

Ian, I would be interested in the Tigers tickets…. Let me know.

Millie, I agree with you on the no over head… Never thought I would find running refreshing! (At 6:30 we were running in the rain, maybe that added to the refreshing part…)

  5. Mary W Apr 18, 2012 / 3pm

243# DL where I have been stuck since the last Total. Maybe I’ll just go for 245 next time. :)
4:55, 4:4x, 4:3x, ugh I don’t remember the numbers. I just remember each round got better. At 193#. 2nd and 3rd rounds unbroken. I didn’t know I could do that.

  6. Markese Apr 18, 2012 / 7pm

    Deadlift HS 405
    1. 4:27
    2. 4:54
    3. 5:00 All rounds Rx and unbroken…..

  7. Jake P Apr 18, 2012 / 7pm

    DL: 225, 275, 315, 365 (ran out of time).

    WOD: 4:05, 4:35, 5:15 Rx
Deadlifts just got heavier and heavier! Had to stop on the 14th stinking rep of the final round.

  8. Andrea J Apr 18, 2012 / 9pm

    HS 193#
    4:00
    4:22

  9. Dan N Apr 18, 2012 / 9pm

HS up to 385. Felt good.
4:44, 5:1x, 5:4x, Rx. Round 1 felt good, round 2 was ok, round 3 was ugly. Thanks to Elliot for being the rabbit on round 2 and then chasing me on round 3.
Nice work all around at 630 tonight. Great WOD.

  10. Karen W Apr 18, 2012 / 10pm

Felt good to be back after being gone longer than I thought. Well good is a relative term….
Deadlifts were light, but felt good. Run was ugly and felt ugly.
over 6 minutes for each round with 103# unbroken for DL on each round (and somehow each round of DLs were faster each time), but it was still a success ’cause I really didn’t want to come back in. So finishing is my victory today.

  11. erin Apr 19, 2012 / 8am

Great 5:30p class! Nice work everyone.

HS up to 123… have a ways to go to get back to 203. WOD: 4:10 / 4:29 / 4:21 at 103. Thanks for the push during the run on the last round, Andrea!
