WoD: 12:53 Rx
This WoD combined with yesterday’s was taxing on the body. I love these types of triplet WoD’s where the movements compound on one another: lungs/legs, legs/lower back, legs/lungs/arms – repeat. Andrea stressed the importance in our 630 class, but try and find a weight that will allow you to finish in under 15 minutes. That’s not to say the DL shouldn’t feel slightly normal, but make them count. All dudes this morning made for some great times, good job guys!
