R Arm KB Swing (53/35)

Single arm KB swings are to be done only to eye height and are not to be swung overhead as with the conventional two-handed swing.

    WoD: 17:12 Rx
    Wasn’t as strenuous as I originally thought it was going to be. This WoD definitely involves some strategy. I paced the 21-18-15-12 sets so I didn’t burn myself out early on, and then sprinted through the 9-6-3. But I think the most important part is to keep moving throughout. It really isn’t too bad, unless you really, really hate burpess. Solid showing at 630, good job er’one.
