3 x 400 M Run

15-12-9-6-3 Reps for time:

R Arm DB Cluster (50/35)
L ARM DB Cluster (50/35)

5 Burpees between each round.

    Such a large, quiet 8a class today! Harder WOD than I thought it would be… 14:01 with a 20-pound dumbbell.

    not sure what Ty wanted out of the 8 am class, but he was searching for something. 1:37, 1:37, 1:27 on the 400s. good to know for future workouts.
    13:42 with 35lb and scaled to 3 burpee transition. My back was still toast – tough workout.

    1:41, 1:36, 1:31 and 14:58 rx That wore me out.

    13:38 rx. I got through the first 15 and was thinking I was gonna blow through this wod. Did five burpees and suddenly doing 15 db clusters, unbroken seemed impossible. I named this wod, “5 burpees makes the possible seem impossible.”
