    First ever DNF WOD…that was tough . I scaled weight but I should have also scaled reps immediately bc the 50-40-30 first round ruined me. This truly shows how strong our regional contestants are–nice job!

    That was a tough workout!!! I had to go to the training bar for the OHS!!! I did not finish, but it was still fun :)

    WoD: 24:48 Rx
    The weight for the first “round” is the toughest part in my opinion. If you can get through 50 BS in 1 or 2 sets, manage the pull ups effectively while catching your breath, and try and complete the should to OH is 2 or 3 sets, that will drastically reduce your time. That’s not to say you won’t feel fatigued throughout, but the weights fall off significantly and if you are effecient through the movements the last two “rounds” will be relatively faster. This is a substantial WoD, try to finish it completely if possible. Solid performance by the 630am crew.

    FS: 225×3 Was not heavy, but me and Jake were lazy and didn’t go bigger….

    WOD: Rx weight, but cut off at 28ish min with last 10 Pullups and 30 Shoulder to OH Left. Felt like garbage the whole WOD.

    FS up to 225.
    WOD in 31:something. Scaled back reps on pull-ups and the first round of push press. I also felt like garbage. This hot, humid weather is not my friend.

    Got through overhead squats around the 28 minute mark and stopped.
    I am not sure I had any pullups left anyway.
    Cause good lord….

    WOD: 28:35 Rx.

    Shoulder to OH at 135 to front squats was by far the slowest portion of the WOD.

    Totally know what you mean Ian, I was delirious for most of it too. The heat just went straight to my head.
