First time I’ve done Helen in a while, and most likley the first time I had done it with a KB as opposed to a 55# DB, and that made quite a difference. Runs felt great, and the KB swings and PU’s went unbroken, all in all a nice thrusday benchmark WoD. Really good number of people today at the 630am class, great work everyone!
