Sounds like a bad idea but I’m excited for some reason
WoD: 28:30?? Rx
Actually forgot to look at the exact seconds, but something around that. Wow, what a WoD, legs, legs, legs, and more legs. I think the squat-400-squat-800 was the hardest part for myself because I didn’t think my legs were gonna bend after all the squats. Brandon absolutely killed this WoD, not even sure he ever breaks pace. Great WoD for a friday. Good showing today at 630am.
37 minutes with a pretty constant effort. 4:30 for each of the 1000m. Chris smoked through it in 27 something, nice job. The weather was perfect. Can’t think of a better way to start the day.
Wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, but glad I was able to get this one in in the morning. Thanks to the other 9am ladies for coaching me through the last row! 38:02
32:3X Rx. That was awful. I completely ran out of gas at the turnaround for the 2nd 800m run. I could barely work a standard shift on the way home. At least I feel like I accomplished something before the day off.
If I fall over at my gig tonight because I can’t stand up, I’m blaming this WOD.
I thought that I might die at one point. My quads were spasming as I ran down that slight hill out the back door.
I hate finishing last, but I did finish, and that was not always assured during the this workout.
Wish I would have woken up in time for the 9am class… afternoon way too warm! I think I would have loved this workout if it were 60 degrees. Today, just neutral on it.
34:35 Rx. Running after the squats was very hard. Big thanks to Ian for pushing me on the run.
32:22Rx. First time in a while since I have been ahead of Dan N.
39:xx run squat run squat run is deadly…oh mommy!
27:45 Rx. Then we had a baby girl the next morning: Ava Elizabeth Teeters 7lb, 0 oz. Crazy weekend but that WOD should hold us over through the sleepless nights! Great job everyone.
