    Power Snatch 3′s up to 185 (pretty sloppy).

    Very hot and muggy today.

    PS to 135 with corrective instruction
    WoD: 10:4X . making progress on OHS but pretty far from Rx-ing it on any workout.

    Power Snatch 3 til 105. About the same as 2′s a couple months back. I think that counts as an improvement.

    Sweaty morning. I thought the kettlebell was going to fly out of my hands.
    12:35 WOD, heavily scaled OHS, maybe a touch too much.

    WOD in 13:01 with 115# ohs and 60# kb.

    my snatch sucks

    Is this the most difficult of all the lifts we do, because after a year and half of CF I am stuck with a deadlift and a push press masquerading as a snatch (thank you Tyler for that insight)
    I know what to do let go of the ego, drop weight and …
    but it still sucks
