    BS: 335#
    WoD: 6:26 Rx
    Felt good to be back after a week off from being sick with whatever’s going around. Was a little more winded than usual, but nonetheless felt awesome to get back at it. Quick WoD, and the first thing that went for me was my grip on the second set of pull ups, had to break it up into two sets. Other than that it was a great WoD.

    Pull-ups were awful on the second set. Extremely frustrating, but Andrea pushed me not to add a second band. 11:30 WOD, scaled considerably. Hadn’t done WB shots in a while and went a little too light. 185# BS, felt good.

    9:13rx for the metcon, power cleans were the slow part for me, everything else was unbroken

    BS triple to 275. Pretty sure that is a pr.
    WOD in 9:38 rx. Felt really good today, which was a surprise after yesterday’s misery.
